Shipping policy

Thanks so much for shopping with Parchment & Script. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing times

Every order is prepared with care, so please allow a little time before it ships:

  • Handmade items (journal charms, bookmarks, beaded accessories): ship within [3-5] business days
  • Personalized items (custom notepads and anything with your name or text): ship within [5-7] business days
  • Made-to-order items (desk mats, wall art, blankets, totes, apparel): these are made just for you by our production partner and ship within [2–7] business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. During busy seasons like the holidays, processing may take a little longer. If it does, we'll post an update here and at the top of our site.

Shipping rates and times

We ship within the United States through [USPS / UPS]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Orders with more than one package

Because our handmade and made-to-order items may come from different places, your order may arrive in separate packages. You'll never pay extra for this, and you'll get tracking for each package.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out and we'll send it over.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within [12 hours] of placing your order and we'll do our best to fix it. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we're not able to replace lost or stolen items, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us within [7] days with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

International shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
